This tool will give you information on the cost of making calls, receiving calls, sending and receiving sms/text messages and other information on charges for the TravelSIM service.

It will not detail the cost to call a TravelSIM service from another phone company. You need to ask the phone company you are using when calling a TravelSIM what they charge. Helpful Hint - TravelSIM uses a 372 number meaning charges are based on calling a number from Estonia.

  • STEP 1 - TravelSIM is in
    • Select the country that the TravelSIM service will be when it makes calls or receives calls etc.
  • STEP 2 - TravelSIM is calling
    • Select the country that the TravelSIM service will be calling. Just select your home country if you are not sure.
    • The cost to receive calls for the country the TravelSIM is in, is the same regardless of where the call is coming from.
  • STEP 3 - Currency
    • Select the currency you would like to see the rates in.
    • Because USD is the active currency of TravelSIM, rates will be shown in both the currency you choose and USD to help you compare rates.
  • STEP 4 - Press the Get Rates button

TravelSIM Rates Information

  • Call rates quoted are per minute.
  • Rates are charged in one minute blocks.
  • There is no flag-fall or connection charge.
  • There is no extra charge for calling mobiles.
  • SMS charges are quoted per 160 characters.
  • SMS messages are charged per 160 characters.
  • TravelSMS is SMS sent from the TravelSIM menu.

  • Data Rates Information

    • Data Rates are charged in 100Kb chunks.
    • There is no flag-fall or connection charge for data.
    • NOTE: GPRS/Data will not be available if your TravelSIM account balance falls below $9.00 USD.
  • You may also wish to select the `how much will I save` to get an estimate of how much you will save by using TravelSIM.
  • Network information and data rates are detailed with call rates.
  • Sometimes there may be a small extra cost ('Extra') to make a call to some countries and this has been factored into the above tool.
