Get the most out of TravelSIM
Know the TravelSIM Menu
- When you put the TravelSIM sim card into your mobile, it will create another item in the phones menu called the Sim menu (sometimes Travelsim menu)
- Find this and learn how to use the functions
- In Saudi Arabia (UAE) and New Zealand - you MUST only make calls from the Sim menu
- Some temporary network faults can be overcome by using the menu

Activate Handset TopUp
- Handset TopUp allows you to add credit at anytime from anywhere
- It could save you a huge hassle when you're in another country
- It can be activated online - just login and go to MyTravelSIM
- It's also a lot safer as you only ever enter your credit card details in once
- Note: your details are stored by our merchant bank under high security
Use the Freecall Number
- Your family, close friends and business associates should use the Freecall number to contact you.
- 1800 424 087
- You pay $0.35/minute USD surcharge to receive calls and they pay nothing (from a landline). It works out cheaper
- If they plan on calling you a lot - ask them to TopUp your sim with $25 or buy you a gift certificate

Test Before You Leave
- There is 101 little tiny things that CAN go wrong
