To determine if your phone is locked, insert the TravelSIM SIM card.

If you get any of the following messages on your screen after inserting the TravelSIM, your phone is locked:

* Insert SIM
* SIM not valid
* Please insert correct sim
* Enter subsidy code
* Other similar messages

Some mobile phone carriers lock their phones, so they can't be used with other carriers.

If you power-up the phone and it recognizes the SIM card, your phone is unlocked and TravelSIM's SIM card will work as well. You may also simply contact the person who you purchased the phone from or your mobile service provider.

TravelSIM does not provide unlocking services. If your phone is locked, contact your dealer, or try on-line unlocking services, which will often do this for a fee.
