This page contains information about how to add credit to your TravelSIM service (TopUp)
It is highly recommended that you use one of the Auto TopUp methods.
Sometime finding a computer with internet access to TopUp your TravelSIM service when you're in other countries can be difficult. Also if you run out of credit totally, you will not be able to call TravelSIM support from your TravelSIM service.
Handset Top Up
Handset TopUp allows you to TopUp your TravelSIM account as and when you need to by simply entering a short code into the `Add credit` option of the TravelSIM (SIM) menu
Handset TopUp gives you the freedom of topping up whereever you are and whenever you need to.
TravelSIM staff prefer this method when they travel
To use Handset TopUp you must complete a simple online registration process.
In simple terms you authorise TravelSIM to debit your nominated credit card for the amount you choose when topping up, ($50 AUD, $100 AUD or $200 AUD).
Added security - because you only enter your credit card information once on a secure TravelSIM web page, at the time of registering for Auto TopUp, you are not exposed to potential fraud at internet cafes, or the like, whilst on holidays
Your Information is safe - TravelSIM does not store your credit card information. Your information is held in the highest level of security by our gateway partner Securepay, in fact even TravelSIM does not see your details as registration is completed over a secure transaction. Securepay is completely PCI compliant meaning that your vital credit card details are safe.
Auto TopUp will add your preferred amount to your TravelSI account whenever your balance falls below $10 USD at the completion of any call or SMS
If you never want to worry about keeping your account topped up, this is for you.
A word of warning - It is your sole responsibility to contact TravelSIM immediately should your TravelSIM SIM card be stollen or go missing, to cancel Auto TopUp. If someone was to steal your phone and start making phone calls, Auto TopUp would allow them to keep going.
As with Handset TopUp, your information is safe and you only ever have to enter your credit card information once, on a secure web page.
