- Register for Auto TopUp by completing the online form - Register here
- When ever your balance falls below $10 USD, your preffered amount will be instantly added to your account
- Cancel Auto TopUp - to cancel AutoTop you may log in to MyTravelSIM on the TravelSIM web site and remove Auto TopUp by pressing the remove button under the AutoTop Up menu.
- You may also cancel Auto TopUp by contacting TravelSIM Australia Pty Ltd customer services on 1300 851 676 (for calls from Australia) or +61 8668 7500 (for calls made from other countries)
