Is this thing accurate?
- The tool uses actual rates from the various web sites of Telstra, Optus, Vodafone
- However, call rates vary widely and change often, so any analysis can only be a guide
- Also, this tool uses averages, so your saving could be much lower, or much higher
- And lastly, your call profile greatly determines the actual cost of your phone calls.
- If you only ever receive calls, your overall saving will be less.
- If you call back to Australia, or worse still, to other countries, your savings will be much higher.
- One thing we must say is this, do not underestimate how expensive using your "normal" mobile phone service can be.
