Locked Handsets
You must ensure that your handset is unlocked for TravelSIM to work.
When you insert your TravelSIM you may see a message like this if your phone is locked:
- Restricted SIM
- Insert correct SIM
- SIM registration failed
Please contact your service provider to have the phone unlocked.
