Compatibility Mode Setting Change
Some style handsets may need a simple setting change to the SIM card.
This setting change is usually required for most Samsung, LG and HTC phones. It may also be required for some versions of the Apple iPhone. You only need to make the setting change once.
To turn on compatibility mode please follow these steps:
- Open "TravelSIM menu"
- Select "Settings"
- Agree with message by pressing "Yes" or "OK"
- Dial digits "1101" and select "Yes" or "OK"
- "CC OptionX: ON" will display and then select "Yes" or "OK"
- Switch phone off and then on
- Try making a call
Tip: To turn off compatibility mode (if you are switching to a handset that doesn't require it) follow the same instructions, but enter setting 1102 in step 4.
